Household Evidence
Children leave a legible record. Objects end up where they were abandoned, in configurations nobody designed, and those configurations describe an afternoon as precisely as a photograph of the afternoon would.
This is a typology of that record. Every frame is made frontally or directly overhead, in whatever light the room has, and nothing is moved before the exposure. No identifiable child appears in any photograph in the series, and none ever will — the constraint is not incidental to the project, it is the project. What is left behind turns out to be sufficient.
The organising logic is borrowed from industrial typology: consistent distance, consistent framing, comparison across a set rather than emphasis within a single image.
