Everything Else
Not everything becomes a project, and pretending otherwise produces bad projects. This is where the single pictures go: frames that work on their own and have no series to belong to.
There is a bias in it I did not plan and am not going to argue with. Bridges from underneath, an empty pier, a highway at night, a bollard photographed like a portrait, a numbered life raft in a museum. Given a choice between a landscape and the infrastructure standing in front of it, I keep photographing the infrastructure.
If enough of these turn out to be the same picture, that will be the next project.
